Booking and Payment

– Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the full payment.
– Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, and cheques.
– Cancellation fees apply as per our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations received 30 days prior to the trip start date: 75% refund.
– Cancellations received 15 days prior to the trip start date: 50% refund.
– Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the trip start date: no refund.

Liability

– Holiday Hopp shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip.
– We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations.

Travel Documents

– Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
– Holiday Hopp shall not be liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate travel documents.

Refund Policy

– Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the cancellation date.
– Refunds are made in the original payment method.

Governing Law

– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
– Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Amendments
